Deposit Policy:

* Strict 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure all bookings.
* Bookings remain provisional until the required deposit and valid proof of payment are received.
* Same-day arrival: 50% instant EFT required.
* 1 day before arrival: Proof of payment within 12 hours.
* 2 days before arrival: Proof of payment within 24 hours.
* 3 days before arrival: Proof of payment within 36 hours.
* 4 days or more before arrival: Proof of payment within 48 hours.
* Only a 50% deposit is required; full upfront payments are forfeited if cancelled.
* Payments below 50% do not secure bookings, unless prior arrangements are made with management.
* Failure to pay within the stated timeframe will result in cancellation without notice.
* Monthly instalments for future bookings available - contact 082 772 4747 for more info.
* Incorrect references can result in cancelled bookings without notice.
* Bush n Buck will not be held liable for any losses incurred after a cancellation has taken place
Payment Reference:

* Use booking ID (NBID:000000000) or Pro-Forma Number (0000) + surname as reference.
* Incorrect references used can cause automatic cancellation without notice.

* Proof of payment required for confirmation.
* EFT only - Cash deposits will incur bank fees deducted from amount paid.
Cancellation Policy:

* 100% forfeiture if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
* 50% forfeiture on all funds paid if cancelled prior to 14 days.
* Applies whether only the deposit or full amount was paid.
* We advise paying only the 50% deposit unless certain you will not cancel.
* NO REQUESTS ALLOWED TO MOVE OR POSTPONE BOOKINGS.
* NO EXEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Minimum Stay Policy:

* Chalets: Minimum 2-night stay (Weekends & midweek).
* Chalets: Minimum 3-night stay (Long weekends & December holidays).
* Birds Nest Rooms: 1-night stays allowed.
* Birds Nest Rooms: Minimum 3-night stay (Long weekends & December holidays).
* Camping: 1-night stays allowed midweek
* Camping: Minimum 2-night stay (Weekends)
* Camping: Minimum 3-night stay (Long weekends & December holidays).

* All terms and conditions are accepted upon deposit payment.
General Rules:

* Bush n Buck accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury/death or disappointment.
* Right of admission reserved.
* The kiosk operates during weekends and peak seasons only.
* Warm water pool is solar-heated; cloudy days may affect temperature.
* Warm water pool is operated over weekends and peak seasons only.
* No public day visitors allowed.
* Private game drives prohibited. Bush hikes & cycling allowed at own risk.
* No minors allowed into the game reserve section without adult supervision.
* Guests may invite family/friends @ R100 pp/day.
* Water not suitable for drinking (bottled water sold at kiosk/guardroom).
* No quads, drones, cannabis, pellet or paintball guns.
* Strict 20 km/h speed limit.
* No feeding or harming wildlife.
* No littering or damaging property.
* Do not break tree branches, or scavenge broken branches for firewood.
* Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles.
* Items left over 6 months will be donated.
* Postage for left items can be arranged at guest's cost.
* We accept no liability for items left behind.
* No shooting or harming animals - offenders will face SAPS action.
* No selling of goods/items by guests.
* Laundry available @ R20 per kg (wash & fold only).
* Laundry must be dropped off before 09H00.
* Wood, briquettes, ice, 5L water & firelighters available at guardroom all night.
* Power outages may occur - no backup power or water supplied.
* Please be patient during outages until restored.
Chalets & Bird's Nest Rooms:

* Check-in: 14H00 | Check-out: 10H00
* Times apply strictly for cleaning and inspection.
* Strict R200 per hour penalty for late check-outs.
* Early arrivals welcome after 08H30 - pool area available while unit is prepared.
* Self-catering only.
* Towels provided (except Bird's Nest Rooms).
* Room service provided (except Bird's Nest Rooms).
* Kindly use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if no room service is required.
* All items are checked prior to arrival.
* Loss/damage to inventory items will be billed.
* Swimming towels not included.
* Do not use chalet towels at pools.
* Honesty system - report damages immediately and settle costs.
* Unreported damages will be billed and may affect future bookings.
* Items may not be moved between chalets. Any violation may result in a penalty.
* Outdoor hot tubs have hot jet streams only (no bubbles).
Caravan & Camping:

* Check-in: 12H00 | Check-out: 11H00
* Early arrivals welcome after 08H30 - pool area available while unit is prepared.
* Booking allows: 1 Caravan or Camping Trailer, 1 Vehicle & 5 Guests per stand.
* R100 per extra guest per night (max 6 guests per stand).
* R100 per extra vehicle per night (max 2 vehicles per stand).
* No solid ground covers.
* NO LOUD MUSIC (Soft music allowed if not disturbing others).
* Use braai stands only; do not damage the grass.
* Mops provided in ablution blocks - please return after use.
* Ablution blocks A, C, D & X use industrial boilers that consume large wood stock.
* Boilers run only during peak seasons or for large group bookings.
* Bush n Buck has the right to move your stand to a nearby unit with hot water during low seasons.
Pet Policy:

* Small breeds only.
* Pets must be on a leash.
* No pets in pools.
* Owners must clean up after pets.
Security:

* Night patrols by uniformed guards.
* Report suspicious activity to reception: 082 772 4747.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances Policy:
=============================================================================
* All bookings are made at the guest’s own discretion and risk with regard to weather conditions.
* The campsites/chalets/rooms and its management will not be held responsible for rain, storms, extreme
weather, national disasters, or any other unforeseen weather-related or natural circumstances that may affect
a guest’s stay.
* No refunds, booking transfers, rescheduling, or date changes will be granted due to weather conditions,
national disasters, or other unforeseen natural events. Guests are advised to check weather forecasts
and plan accordingly before confirming their booking.
* By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy as part of the terms and conditions.
